The Prix Butchery POS System is a retail and inventory management platform built for butcheries and meat shops. It handles end-to-end sales processing, stock tracking, supplier management, and business reporting within a single system. The till is built around weight-based selling: type either the weight or the amount and the other fills in automatically at the product's per-kilogram price, so a cashier can ring up an exact shilling amount without doing the maths, or key in a reading straight off any scale. Stock is deducted automatically on a first-expiry-first-out basis, so older batches sell down first with no manual picking. Beyond the till, it includes a production module for recipe-based portioning, a waste-to-byproduct recovery workflow, full double-entry accounting, and HR & payroll — run entirely from one system.
