The Hospital Queue Management System was developed to digitize and optimize patient flow within a busy healthcare environment. The system was implemented to replace manual queue handling methods, ensuring a structured and transparent patient service process from registration to consultation.
It enables patients to be issued queue tickets either through reception or self-service points, and automatically directs them to the appropriate service counters or departments. The system improves efficiency by reducing congestion, eliminating confusion in patient order, and enhancing overall service coordination between departments.
The solution was designed to integrate with hospital workflows such as reception, consultation rooms, pharmacy, and laboratory units, ensuring smooth patient movement across all service points.
